Lots of information is packed into this, so put on your work gloves and hard hat. It is crunch time!
A reminder that we are selling ads and one-line Patron Ads for the program.
We are working on final details for the Cast Meal, details to come.
A reminder that no video recordings are allowed during the performances. The licensing company has the right to come to any of our performances and they can fine us if they see anyone making a recording, no matter how short. Video postings online are monitored by the licensing company, too. See me during a dress rehearsal if you have questions.
Load-in is this Saturday the 9th, starting at 9 am, the earlier we start the earlier we can finish. The stage needs to be built, light and sound systems assembled, backdrops installed, black curtains installed, chandeliers need to be removed, and the windows need to be blacked out. Be prepared to get dirty and sweaty. There is a 40% chance of showers so you might get wet, too. Bring gloves and your favorite tools if you can. We need representatives from every family.
Cast mass is Sunday the 17th at 11:30. Cast members should assemble in the church by 11:15. This is our thank-you to the congregation for supporting YTNBC and it is a great advertisement for the show, too.
The set strike will occur immediately after the final performance on the 24th. All good things must come to an end, and everything that came up, must go down. Again, be ready to get dirty and sweaty, and pray that it doesn’t rain or isn’t 95 degrees outside. Again, we need representatives from every family. A Signup Genius will come out soon for the Cast Strike Meal. The meal is potluck and the variety is worth staying around until everything is put away.
